This Jamaican Les and other Uranium T

First visit I was very excited to go. I met a friend and because of all the reservation stipulations I chose the dining side.. I arrived early and could tell there was a big difference in the two sides. Bar side was very festive and colorful looked like high tables. It was very crowded so I could not really see much. The dining side was very plain not formal. Simply wooden booths and tables, however I was still glad to be there. But it was not the vibe I expected. The hostess was really sweet and when my guest arrived we were seated they are really sticklers about that. Ceiling fans were cute but no real Caribbean flair for me. Our server was a guy he was awesome attentive knowledgeable and super pleasant. Apps were limited so we did not get anything. I ordered the white meat jerk chicken with peas and rice and a salad I added Mac and cheese callalou greens I think they were called, and my friend ordered the Salmon. We both had wine. My meal was okay the peas and rice were really good so was the salad and Mac n cheese, the chicken was okay it was more hot than spicy decent portion, nothing extra as far as tenderness. I started the greens and immediately there was like a little pebble. I immediately told the waiter and he was very apologetic immediately the General Manager came out and apologized and offered a replacement I did not want anything else. I did not like the flavor of the greens what I did taste that was my fault they were Caribbean greens not collards, the waiter explained that to me. My friend loved her Salmon. She also ordered the raspberry cheesecake. I eat out very often, I tasted the cheesecake it was a 6 out of 10. I would say it was not prepared fresh at the restaurant but I could be wrong I would go back for maybe wings and drinks but definitely sit on the other side. The overall experience because of the server and hostess improved my review.

My girlfriends and I did a Galentines dinner here and while we really enjoyed the food and drinks, the best part of the experience was our server Crystal. She was amazing! She was so personable and really cared that we were enjoying ourselves and that we had a good time. She was so attentive and it showed that she really loves what she does. I’d come back for her service alone! But I will also add that we were a party of nine, which required a reservation and the process to make those reservations was very well handled and professional. I will definitely dine here again. ❤️

We made a reservation, thank god we did. Long review but worth it! Our waiter was Shay: first she is beautiful, she smiled the whole time. Knowledgeable about the menu. She was thoughtful I mentioned it was my 1st wedding anniversary and they came out and sang it was an incredible experience. I asked my husband to rate one to 10 he said 9.5! That's rare. We ordered coconut shrimp they were huge it was like 8. Fresh out of the grease hot, served with a drizzle of something like a honey mustard. A order of jerk wings, seasoned well blackened to my liking, moist and tender on the inside! Stuffed salmon that came with cabbage and rice and peas with a cream sauce, hubby had Italy meets Jamaica pasta. OMG this was amazing scallops jumbo shrimp lump crab and a lobster tail. That blew my mind of how good it was. We also had a rum punch and a pineapple ginger drink they were good too! Then dessert a slice of red velvet! I wish it had more whipped cream but it was delicious. The food was fresh meaning hot. Great portions, seasoned to perfection! The wait staff were on point with collecting dishes etc. I am so happy to see this restaurant thriving! I love it. The pasta was out of this world! That homemade cream sauce please don't change the recipe. We don't mind spending money on great experiences! Thank you and we will definitely be back! Fyi reservations are encouraged. Parking is plentiful, they have high chairs for babies. They have a bar and high top side as well as a more family fine dinning on the other. The ambience was relaxing and welcoming.

I’m always hesitant to try new things, but I’m so glad we came to Konoko and I will definitely be coming back! Alahni was our server and she was WONDERFUL! Everything we ordered this evening she recommended and it did not disappoint! One of the sweetest and most personable servers I’ve ever had! We got the salmon bites, jerk wings(best wings I’ve ever had), red snapper, and seafood pasta and everything was perfect! Cocktails were delicious as well!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Konoko and it was an exquisite experience from start to finish. I kicked off the evening with the Koko Chanel cocktail, a delightful concoction that really hit my taste buds. The culinary journey continued with the salmon bites, and I was immediately impressed by the burst of flavors in each bite. The perfect balance of seasoning made it a standout dish. The main course featured jerk lamb chops accompanied by rice and beans and cabbage, was nothing short of a feast for the senses. The lamb chops were succulent and packed with a tantalizing jerk spice, while the sides were expertly crafted, each complementing the other seamlessly. The attentive service and cozy ambiance added to the overall charm of the evening. Shouts to Kelsey who was our serve for the evening. She was nothing short of amazing!! The dining experience was quite memorable. I'll be anticipating my next visit to savor more of their culinary delights.

Made a reservation for 0730. The restaurant was packed and we were able to be seated as we entered…. That was definitely top tier. Ordered salmon bites and coconut shrimp for starters. Tasty quick and great starters. Then our server, Shay gave recommendations on drinks. I completely enjoyed my yellow drink but forgot the name. My date had a bob marley and enjoyed that as well. We both did curry shrimp for our main course with an order of plantain. Portions were perfect, taste as authentic enough and also suitable for a palate not used to Caribbean food. Gratuity was included. And my server Shay said if she could she would have given me a senior discount. We suggested to her that they do a senior discount and seasonal menu changes. No complaints wonderful service!!! And very nice atmosphere!
